The deadline for the acceptance of bids for the concrete work on the Maconaquah Park Amphitheater has been extended to Tuesday, April 19. The old deadline was April 13th.
Bid Documents, including a sketch, project manual and site development literature, are available upon request by phone or by stopping by the second floor of City Hall.
Bids must be submitted on company forms and letterhead. Sealed bids must be received at the City Clerk-Treasurer's office by Tuesday, April 19 at 3:30 p.m.
At that time, they will be unsealed and read aloud by a city representative.
Bid documents will be evaluated and bids will be awarded or rejected within five work days of the bid opening.
